– Interior designer’s comment: In terms of the materials and furniture, the interior design solutions for this house were based on a preference for Finnish know-how. Timberwise, a Finnish family-owned company, matched the values, quality and, of course, the visual characteristics of the interior of the house. For this house, we selected Timberwise’s Oak Select products in the Nordic tone for all upper floor surfaces. A Chevron design wooden floor, tailor-made to measure, was installed in the master bedroom in collaboration with Timberwise. Due to the grooved surface, the wooden floor boards look more graceful than 75x 670 mm. Other upstairs rooms are decorated with a 270 mm wide single plank wooden floor.

– Timberwise’s comment: Timberwise was honoured to be chosen as the floor supplier for the Lumitiikeri house, where the designer aimed to use Finnish products and design as much as possible. It was great to have a custom-made, spectacular design wooden floor and a sturdy 270 mm wide single plank wooden floor decorating the same, magnificent house.

NORDIC is a brushed and wax oiled parquet with a harmonic and fairly light tone. A long-term investment that stands the test of time and goes with many interior decoration styles.
